In 2010, a group of Orthodox Christians from the former Soviet Union founded a mission that was transformed into a parish church and was named in honor of St. John Maximovich, the spiritual leader of the Orthodox diaspora in the 20th century.
Our ruling bishop is His Eminence Elpidophoros, Archbishop of the Eastern American Diocese of the Greek Orthodox Church.
Our rector is Protopresbyter John Voloshchuk
Services are conducted weekly: on Saturdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m. as well as on Orthodox feast days. We follow the Julian calendar.
